OFFICIAL RULES for 2008's 1970 Plymouth Hemi Cuda Giveaway

These are the Official Rules for Brevard Alzheimer’s Foundation, Inc's. 15th Annual Bar-B-Q & Car Drawing. The Brevard Alzheimer’s Foundation, Inc. (BAFI) is a nonprofit 501(c) 3 organization. BAFI is a licensed adult daycare facility providing supervised therapeutic programs for older adults coping with physical or cognitive challenges. Rules for the 15th Annual BBQ and Car Drawing Fundraising Event subject to Official Rules: By entering this drawing all participants and winner(s) consent to the use of their names and likeness in publicity related to the drawing and its outcome without compensation and waives any and all claims against Brevard Alzheimer’s Foundation, Inc. and Boniface-Hiers Automotive Team. Participants of this drawing must be 18 years of age or older. Donations for tickets will begin on May 20, 2007 and will continue until 5 minutes prior to the drawing on May 17th, 2008. Suggested minimum donation of twenty five dollars per entry or one hundred dollars per five tickets requested. There is no minimum or maximum amount of tickets to be sold. Donations may be tax deductible and deductions may benefit donors differently. Tickets for this drawing will be issued on first come, first served basis. Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to Brevard Alzheimer’s Foundation, Inc. and sent to 4676 N Wickham Rd, Melbourne, FL 32935. All monies must clear for ticket to be valid. Visa and MasterCard are the only credit cards accepted. Drawing will be held on May 17th, 2008 at the BBQ at the Wickham Park BCC pavilion in Melbourne, Florida 32935. Winning ticket will be drawn by hand from a drum. Drawing date is subject to change. In the event the drawing date is changed, entrants will be notified of date, time and place of drawing at the address or phone number indicated on the ticket stub. Drawing is open to all ticket holders. BAFI reserves the right to award prize to those whom it determines the winner(s). All decisions are final. Winner(s) will be responsible for all taxes (Federal, State and Local) as well as licensing, registration, and delivery of prize. Winner(s) will be notified by telephone, email and or US Mail at the information indicated on ticket stub. Winner must present matching stub and valid identification to claim prize. Prize must be claimed within 30 days. Name of winner(s) or copy of Official Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, postage paid envelope to Brevard Alzheimer’s Foundation, Inc. 4676 N. Wickham Rd, Melbourne, FL 32935. Donations to Brevard Alzheimer’s Foundation, Inc. and this event are non-refundable. BREVARD ALZHEIMER’S FOUNDATION, INC.
